Question: Why should I become a Maricopa County Farm Bureau (MCFB) Member?
Answer: By joining MCFB you are supporting an organization that works hard for our farm and ranch families through advocacy, communication and education. You will be a member of an organization that strengthens our communities and promotes all methods of farming, ranching and agribusiness.
Question: Do I need to have Farm Bureau Insurance to be a Farm Bureau Member?
Answer: No. Anyone can become a member of Farm Bureau, regardless of which insurance company you use.
Question: Do I have to be a farmer or rancher to be active in Farm Bureau?
Answer: You do NOT have to be a farmer or rancher to be an active Associate Member of Farm Bureau. However, to be an active Ag Member, you do need to be in production agriculture.
Question: What is the difference between an Ag Member and an Associate Member?
Answer: Ag Members are those in production agriculture and make a majority of their living in agriculture or agribusiness and have voting rights in their local County Farm Bureau. Associate Members are those who either have Farm Bureau Insurance and/or wish to support farm and ranch families. Associate Members also have access to exclusive member benefits and savings.
Question: If I am an Associate Member, can I attend local meetings and events?
Answer: Yes! As an Associate Member you are welcome to attend any and all meetings and events.
Question: How much does it cost to be a member?
Answer: Ag Membership: $180.00 annually
Associate Membership: $59.00 annually
